Predicta Score is a statistical analysis and sports prediction platform powered by artificial intelligence. Predicta Score does not organize, host, or mediate bets or games of chance, and does not collect stakes from users. The predictions displayed are statistical estimates provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment recommendations or financial advice.

The service is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 or over. By creating an account, the user declares, on their own responsibility, that they have reached the legal age.

The user agrees to provide accurate information at registration and is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that contain false information or are used fraudulently.

• The available plans (Weekly, Monthly) and their prices are displayed on the Store page.
• Prices include/exclude VAT in accordance with the legislation applicable at the time of invoicing.
• Any promotional period (e.g., temporary free access) will be clearly marked, together with the promotion's expiry date.
• Automatic renewal, if enabled, will be clearly notified before each charge, with the option to cancel from your account at any time via a visible button, at no additional cost.

Pursuant to Government Emergency Ordinance (GEO) no. 34/2014, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without penalty. Exception: for access to digital content (predictions) supplied immediately, this right ceases if the user gives their express consent to the start of the supply and acknowledges that they thereby waive their right of withdrawal — consent which will be explicitly requested before the subscription is activated.

All predictions are probabilistic estimates based on statistical data and machine learning models. They do not constitute a guarantee of any outcome and must not be treated as such. Sporting results are inherently unpredictable.

To the extent permitted by law, Predicta Score is not liable for financial losses resulting from betting decisions made on the basis of the website's content. This limitation does not affect consumer rights that cannot be excluded by contract under Law no. 193/2000 on unfair terms.

The website's content (analyses, texts, design, logo) belongs to the operator. The names of teams and competitions are used for informational purposes only; the official logos of competitions/clubs are not reproduced without authorization.

It is prohibited for minors to use the website, to use automated tools or unauthorized scraping, or to engage in any fraudulent activity relating to accounts or payments.

We reserve the right to update these terms; significant changes will be communicated to registered users.
